Launch control SRT 2012

Hi.
One of my follower looking for to enable the launch control on his SRT8 Chrysler 300 year 2012.
I know thé launch control appear on 2013 version.

Did someone has done this update in germany.
The SRT of my friend will come from USA soon, i'm not sure someone in FCA France us able to do thar.

as information to others:

this kind of launch control is activated via the ESP button. it is not only to step on break and gaspedal at sime time.
attached you can find a description of a dodge user manual.
