Hallo allerseits,
vielleicht hat der eine oder andere auch diese Problemchen. Bei den lokalen Vertragswerkstätten (insgesamt 3!) wurde ich zunächst immer vertröstet das es eine solche Rückrufaktion bzw. "CUSTOMER SATISFACTION NOTIFICATION" nicht gibt.
Erst mit den dazugehörigen "Chrysler Recall Number" konnten diese dann doch etwas im System finden....
So, zum ersten "Problem":
Beim einschalten des Abblendlichtes wird die Beleuchtung im Armaturenbrett gedimmt. Bei meinem Fahrzeug war, so merkwürdig es klingen mag

, die Beleuchtung des Schalthebels dermaßen hell das es beim Fahren wirklich sehr gestört hat. Hierfür gibt es Abhilfe, für die geplagten unter uns.

What your dealer will do:
Chrysler will service your vehicle free of charge (parts and labor). To do this, your dealer will reprogram the Electronic Shift Module (ESM) with new software. The work will take about ½ hour to complete. We recommend that you make an appointment with your dealer to minimize your inconvenience.
What you should do:
Simply contact your Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge dealer, at your convenience, to schedule a service appointment. Your dealer will collect the necessary information to ensure that the appropriate parts are available so your service can be completed in a timely manner. Although not required, we recommend bringing this letter with you to your dealer, when you bring your vehicle in for this service.
Problemkind Nummer 2:
Der Knopf der Heckklappe hatte bei mir sporadische Aussetzer bis hin zum total Ausfall. Recherchen ergaben, das es auch hierfür einen "Recall" gab. Wer also einen nicht gummierten Knopf, sondern einen aus Plastik hat, kann sich der Sache annehmen.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Decklid will not open when pressing the passive entry switch.
DIAGNOSIS:
If a customer’s VIN is listed in VIP or your RRT VIN list, perform the repair. For all other
customers that describe the symptom/condition, perform the Repair Procedure.

SEAT WIRING HARNESS CONNECTORS

The front seat airbag wiring electrical connectors on your vehicle (VIN: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) may have an intermittent electrical connection. If an intermittent electrical connection exists during a side impact, the front seat airbag located at the outboard side of the seatback may not deploy as intended. This could cause additional injury to front seat occupants during a side impact collision.
What your dealer will do...
Chrysler will repair your vehicle free of charge (parts and labor). To do this, your dealer will inspect the seat wiring harnesses and install new front seat airbag wire harnesses if required. The work will take about one hour to complete. However, additional time may be necessary depending on service schedules.
What you must do to ensure your safety...
Simply contact your Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge dealer right away to schedule a service appointment. Ask the dealer to hold the parts for your vehicle or to order them before your appointment. Please bring this letter with you to your dealer.
THE FRONT SEAT AIRBAG WIRE HARNESS FOR BOTH FRONT SEATS MUST BE INSPECTED AND REPLACED IF NECESSARY.
