This bulletin involves inspecting and if necessary removing corrosion and refinishing the suspect aluminum hood, door, **fenders** or liftgate panel.

Interessant für Dieselfahrer Sorry für die Wiederholung, diese Rückrufaktion hat der Steffen schon reingestellt.

RT 2012 - 2013

OVERVIEW:
Previous DTC assignment incorrectly associates the wrong DTC to immobilizer hand-shake failures with the WCM. To correct DTC assignment this bulletin involves selectively erasing and reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new software. An additional code may be present U0168 - Lost Communication With Vehicle Security Control Module. This code is another indicator that there is an issue occurring during the ignition hand shake.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Technician may find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes have been set:
· P0633 - SKIM Secret Key Not Stored in PCM
· P0513 - Invalid SKIM Key
· U0168 - Lost Communication With Vehicle Security Control Module

RT 2014 - 2015

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves upgrading the software in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
A customer may experience, slow response to cruise control switch activations.

RT 2015 - 2019

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves reprogramming the HVAC control module with the latest available software.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The customer may notice the following:
• Front blower motor is louder than normal.
• Front blower motor bearing noise due to water intrusion.

RT 2015 - 2017

OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with the latest available software.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find one or more of the following DTCs:
• **P06DA Engine Oil Pressure Control Circuit.
• P06DD Engine Oil Pressure Control Circuit Stuck Off.
• P06DE Engine Oil Pressure Control Circuit Stuck On.**
• P0572 Brake Switch 1 Stuck On (15 MY only).
• P000A Bank 1 Camshaft 1 Position Slow Response (15 MY Only).
• P000B Bank 1 Camshaft 2 Position Slow Response (15 MY Only).
• P000C Bank 2 Camshaft 1 Position Slow Response (15 MY Only).
• P000D Bank 2 Camshaft 2 Position Slow Response (15 MY Only).
• P0116 Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 1 Performance.
• P0300 Multiple Cylinder Misfire, sets at idle on a cold engine (15 MY Only).
• P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor Circuit.
• P0456 EVAP System Small Leak.
• P2097 Down Stream Fuel Trim System 1 Rich (15 MY Only).
• U0140 Lost Communication With Body Control Module (15 MY Only).
The customer may describe the following:
• A high idle speed at start up (2017 MY Only).

In addition, the following software enhancements are available:
• **Software changed to aid in diagnosing throttle body issues (2016 and 2017 MY Only).**
• Will lower the idle speed for the first 20 seconds after hot start up from 1000 rpm to a base idle of 650 rpm (2017 MY Only).
• Correct a remote start issue due to previous software update.
• Improved idle stability (15 MY Only).
• Improved first transmission shift after start up (15 MY Only).

was bedeutet es in 2 Wörtern?

Hatte teilweise alle 3 zusammen.
Den 0633 aber öfters auch alleine. Immer nach dem Fernstart.
Diese Woche ging aber, der Fernstart.

Hier die alten Fehler:

Nachrüstung Motor-Fernstart (XBM) 3.6l Benziner / 2.8L Diesel

Nicht nur nach dem Fernstart. Meine Frau sagt auch beim Start über den Knopf, allerdings wenn man das Bremspedal sofort betätigt.
Wenn man erst 2 mal (mit etwas warten) den Startknopf betätigt, dann Bremspedal und 3. Mal Startknopf - dann geht das.

schauen, ob die letzte Firmware im PCM ist

Beim 2012er 2.8er PCM 68083111ad und TCM 68090123ad

Beim 2013er 2.8er PCM 68154718aa und TCM 68090123ad

P0633 kommt auch, wenn Secret Key im PCM zerstört ist, dann die Routine PCM Replaced ausführen

Replaced hatte ich XY Mal durchgeführt gehabt.
Wie gesagt die Fehler kommen nur unter 2 folgenden Bedingungen:

1. Fernstart

ODER

2. Startknopf sofort mit dem Bremspedal betätigen.


ABER - temporär! Es kann Wochen gut laufen, dann geht der Motor aus und die MIL ist aktiv. Hilft nur: Wagen per Fobik verschlissen - öffnen - Startknopf 1. Mal - 2. Mal - 3. Mal + Bremspedal.

Nach 3 erfolgreichen Starts wird MIL deaktiviert.

(Laut Onlineabfrage steht kein Rückruf an)

2. Du hattest doch irgendwo geschrieben wie (und womit) man das selber durchführen könnte. Habe nur den MP2, der nicht online darf...

3. Der Händler könnte ja gleichzeitig Blueray ( CDA schaft es ja nicht) zu ViN hinzufügen.

Bluray hat zwar den Sales Code RDU, aber es ändert sich nichts in der Fahrzeugkonfiguration. Da steht dann auch RD9

Du kannst deinen micropod II umwandeln lassen, so dass er eine andere Seriennummer und Namen bekommt. Dann kannst du auch online gehen.

Meinst du das bei mhh? Für ein Mal flashen lohnt sich das nicht, noch nicht zumindest. Da wirds beim Händler wahrscheinlich günstiger.
Wie wir wissen können die Preise um 3-4-fache sinken, zumindest im Reich der aufgehende Sohne.
